Tetra is a global experiment in building smarter, more connected cities—starting with the neighborhood.
Think of it like a campus, not for students, but for everyone: artists, technologists, entrepreneurs, and neighbors living nearby, gathering often, and building things that matter.
Each Tetra campus is made by locals who care about connection, creativity, and culture. The goal is to create communities where people don’t just live next to each other, but learn, build, and belong together- through regular gatherings, shared homes, classes, and collaborative projects.
We were inspired by Fractal. Founded in New York City in 2021 with a small group of friends sharing dinner and giving five-minute talks in a Brooklyn apartment.
Today, it's a worldwide movement, with new campuses launching across cities like Porto, Geneva, Tokyo, London, and now: Mexico City.

It’s easy to find people who inspire you online but it’s much harder to live near them, learn together, or build something that lasts. Tetra is about making that leap and turning digital connection into real community.
Here in CDMX, we’re gathering artists, technologists, travelers, educators, and neighbors. Some are just visiting. Some call this place home. But all of us are curious, open, and here to build something meaningful, together.
What’s happening in Mexico City?
In Mexico City, the Fractal campus is being launched by me, Raquel Ramirez, also known as La Condesa de la Condesa, who has spent the last five years weaving together locals and expats through creative events, art residencies, cultural salons, and community dinners.
